Accreditation and notification
We are pursuing accreditation and notification to perform third-party conformity assessments under the following regulations:
Cyber Resilience Act
Assessment of products with digital elements classified as Important (Class II) or Critical under the CRA. This includes operating systems, hypervisors, firewalls, VPNs, network management systems, industrial automation controllers, and other designated product categories.
AI Act
Conformity assessment for high-risk AI systems requiring third-party involvement prior to market placement.
eIDAS regulation
Conformity assessment for qualified trust service providers and electronic identification schemes.

Technical documentation review
Comprehensive review of your technical file against applicable essential requirements. We verify completeness, assess risk analyses, and confirm that documentation supports your conformity claims.
Product testing
Functional and security testing against harmonised standards and common specifications. We maintain laboratory capabilities for software security assessment and work with partner facilities for hardware testing.
Quality management system audit
For manufacturers seeking EU type-examination or production quality assurance pathways, we audit your QMS against the applicable conformity assessment modules.
Certification
Upon successful assessment, we issue EU type-examination certificates or other certification documents as required by the applicable regulation.
Why a separate entity
EU regulations require Conformity Assessment Bodies to demonstrate independence from the products and manufacturers they assess.
Our CAB operates as a legally and operationally separate entity from MVC's consulting and platform services. This structure allows us to provide end-to-end support for manufacturers while maintaining the impartiality required for certification activities.
